[blockquote]Life as we know it now, is no more. The hand of man is no longer immortal, and no longer do its fingers cause disaster among our worlds. There was a time when our kind fought to breath, to survive, a time when we saw the end of our days near. Each day the battles grew fiercer, and by nightfall our numbers suffered worse and worse.

Somehow we escaped the fate that man brought us, we escaped the greed, the jealousy, the blood spill. We found ourselves protected behind the unseen walls of Eclypticus, we watched man starve the earth until it turned to ash, and those beloved to us that good not be saved, faded with it.

We thrived here, for many years without the evils we once dealt with. We lived, we created life, and we died, our bodies becoming part of the land. No longer was our kind separated by continents and large bodies of water, we were now unified but still unique in our own ways. We prefer certain lifestyles, food, and the land of which we call home.

Yet now, the reason of the creation of Eclypticus holds no reason. Somehow the doors have been opened, and once again the evils have begun to feed upon our souls. The biggest of these greed. The greed for power. Separated by our differences, tribes, some want to control others, and the balance that once kept peace, has been destroyed.

What will become of us? Will our world fade just as earth did? Are we no better than man?

Help us. Or Destroy us.
